LIVING IN A RESIDENCE HALL

In the last few decades, the amount of university students has risen. The housing issue is worrying more and more people. The most common options are to share a flat or to live in a residence hall.
On the one hand, sharing a flat has a lot of advantages, for instance it is cheaper because you split the expenses. In addition, you can do whatever you want like invite friends to sleep, or go out at night. However, you could have problems with your flatmates and you have to spend a lot of time doing housework.
On the other hand, living in a residence hall is a rewarding experience because you make a lot of friends. Furthermore, you can have the possibility to engage the food service, in which you can choose what to eat and you do not have to spend time cooking. Nevertheless, the price is an aspect we have to keep in mind.
On balance, both options have advantages and disadvantages, for this reason, you must choose depending on your preferences and on your economic status.
