Advantages and disadvantages of buying in supermakets

Nowadays there are plenty of big supermarkets such as LIDL or Mercadona where lately, because of the economical crisis, more and more people go to buy items but, what are the advantages of shopping there?

First of all, these places are cheaper than little stores because there's the presence of brands such as Hacendado that are produced by other firms but are sold as Hacendado. Also, in big supermarkets there are all kind of products and it's easier to buy everything at once. This attracts lots of families that usually go to buy only once a week or once a month because they buy everything they need at once, so they don't have to go shopping everyday.

On the other hand, most of these supermarkets aren't located in the city and a car is needed to get there. This means that people that haven't got a car can't go there and buy.

To sum up, there are more advantages than desavantages when talking about shopping in supermarkets. Buying there is cheaper and it's easier to get all the products you need, however, they aren't located in the city and it makes it more difficult to get there.
