Nowadays when students
finish Batxiller, they start a university degree and many students
go out of their town to study what they like, for that reason
they have to find a flat or residence. People usually decide to share a flat with another
person because it is more economical.
One of the advantages is that it cheaper
and you can spend the money you save on other things such
as studying, hobbies or partying. Another advantage is that you share the housework with
your flatmate thus you have more time
and it is easier. And finally, you can have a good time with your
partner.
Also there are some
disadvantages, your flatmate might
not help you with the housework , which can lead to
arguments, you haven't a good relationship with your flatmate because he isn't your friend ,maybe
he is someone you met on the internet when you were searching a
flat . Other arguments may arise because your partner won't let you
study because he makes a lot of noise.
I think that it is a
good idea to share a flat with a friend, because it might be fun and a
good experience, it is also good financially, especially
in this difficult time of crisis.
