Advantages and disadvantages of sharing a flat with other students

A lot of students have always had to travel because of their studies. Once there, there  are different options, one of them being to share a flat with other students ,which may be positive or negative depending on how you look at it.

There are many advantages to sharing a flat with other students. For example, your flatmates might have more or less the same age as you, so surely you will have similar hobbies. Another advantage is that you can help one another with the homework. 

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages. The main one is that sometimes the students aren’t respectful with the others because they have different priorities on the cleaning or cooking, so it doesn’t generate a good atmosphere of daily coexistence. Also, if you want to study and your flatmates are laughing or making a lot of noise, you won’t be able to concentrate.

On balance, sharing flat with other students is a good choice because if you establish clear guidelines you’ll have a new friend, someone to share unforgettable moments with.
