Are we responsible enough?

Nowadays is not unusual to have a tattoo or see someone full of them. Young children have grown up surrounded by tattoos and it is not strange that at fourteen or fifteen they want one without taking into account the consequences.

The final decision, in the case of an underage, is his parents' and it depends on their responsibility and preferences. If somebody has lots of tattoos it is more probable that his son has a tattoo earlier than other that are against body painting. Moreover, children have more compulsive ideas. If their parents do not allow them, they will want to do it secretly. If they do it in that way, it's more probable that they  won't go to a specialized place, which means that there is less safety and it is more likely to have some illness like tetanus.

To conclude, people should think more about their acts and children shouldn't have this responsibility until they are 18. The Law should be more strict and shouldn't allow children to have tattoos done without their parents' permission.
