This piece of news shows how difficult is to guarantee popularity safety in any place, even in those public places where you can't imagine this can happen because of being surrounded by many people like you. We believe in people's kindness and we're not as safe as we should be, because this kind of crimes take place eventually although we don't expect them. Nobody is immune to these incidents and we must change our conception. If now we say "This can't ever happen to me", we would think about it and say "Maybe this situation can occur again and can be harmful to me".
From my point of view this tragedy will be considered for spanish justice like a difficult debate. On the one hand, the kid is under 14 and for this reason he can't be charged but the fact of killing someone must be punish. On the other hand, medicals and other people from hospital should make a mental exam. Besides, this misfortune affects a substitute teacher which is, in my opinion, more dramatic. To sum up, spanish people will set out if justice is good or not and moreover this fact takes to us to think about destiny.
This crime, calls into question the citizens safety in public places, like schools, where we never would have thought, and least in our country, that something so horrible could happen. Said that, I reckon we would have to put more security systems in schools and public buildings. Then we'll be able to control all the input and output of personal objects how we do, for instance, at security checkpoints areas of airports.
From my mind, I reckon that this crime could question if we are educating well our children. I consider this murder very serious if we take into account that it has been commited by a thirteen-year-old boy. Moreover, the law prevent that this boy would be judge and I think that we can't let him free because it can suppose a danger to citizens, At least, he should be treated by specialists to find out if he has a mental problem.
From my point of view this event has occurred because of the parents. To my knowledge , the child certainly showed signs of mental imbalance and their parents were not treated with special attention. Anyway do not be alarmed, because it is the first time it happens and it does not have to happen again.
In my opinion, the accident was not entirely the kid's fault. The lack of awareness on mental instability and illnesses of the people surrounding the kid, had a lot to do with what happened. To avoid further incidents in the future, there should be more awareness-raising campaigns going through all the secondary schools and high schools teaching teenagers and teachers how to detect and deal with these illnesses.
